Music
Music is a Porcelain garlic that is sometimes called Musica. It was developed by Al Music in the early 1980’s from a strain he obtained in Italy.
It has an earthy, mild, sweet flavour that can be hot when eaten raw.
The white wrappers have faint purple stripes. The bulbs are huge and the cloves are very large — averaging 4 to 5 per bulb.
Good storing garlic — it will keep a long time if stored properly.
Heritage garlic.
