Yugoslavian belongs to the Porcelain family.

It’s one of our strongest garlics with a hot, spicy flavour that mellows while retaining a delicious flavour. This garlic is great raw, cooked, and roasted. Another favourite.

The white wrappers have faint purple stripes. The huge bulbs average 5 to 7 large cloves that are covered with purple skins.

It’s a good storing garlic — it will keep a long time if stored properly. It can stay juicy through February.
