Dan’s Russian belongs to the Porcelain family. We’re not sure of its origins.<\/p>

This cultivar has medium heat, which starts strong and then fades to a lingering tingle. It has good flavour, fries well, and is delicious roasted.<\/p>

One of our favourites for roasting and saut\u00e9<\/span>ing.<\/p>

The bulbs can average 4 to 6 pinkish cloves, more often 4 to 5 for us.<\/p>

It’s a good storing garlic \u2014 it will keep up to 7 months if stored properly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
