Bogatyr is a Marbled Purple Stripe garlic that came from the Moscow area.<\/p>

It can be very hot when raw, although not always.<\/p>

Flavour is excellent and holds up when cooked.<\/p>

The wrappers on the bulbs have purple stripes with purple marbling. The large, pointy cloves are flat and arranged in a single circle around the scape. The skins are brown to purple coloured and not difficult to peel.<\/p>

It’s a very good storing garlic \u2014 up to 8 months.<\/p>
