Kettle River Giant is an Artichoke garlic, originally from Kettle Falls, WA.<\/p>

Its flavour is very rich and lasting with mild to moderate heat. It’s good roasted.<\/p>

In our experience it’s not always giant, but when it is \u2014 it is. For us, it produces all sizes of bulbs.<\/p>

Excellent for braiding and the cloves are fairly easy to peel.<\/p>

Stores for 8 to 10 months.<\/p>
